New Fees

The Government of Anguilla by Official Gazette, Vol.42, No.22 dated December 24, 2015 revised the schedule of fees by the Registered Land (Amendment) Rules, 2015. Kindly, note that all fees have been updated on our website to reflect the amendments.

On November 24, 2015, the Department of Lands and Surveys along with Department of Physical Planning and MICUH received equipment solicited under the "Quick Wins" component of the Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) project of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

The Department congratulates Mr. Ronsford Connor on his appointment to the position Surveyor and on obtaining his Bachelors (BSc) degree in Surveying and Mapping Sciences from the University of East London, United Kingdom.

Surveyor Appointed

Surveyor Appointed The Department welcomes Mr. Machel Thomas to Anguilla and on his appointment to the position Surveyor. Mr. Thomas a graduate of UTECH holds a Bachelors (BSc) degree in Surveying.

Director Appointed

The Department congratulates Mr. Leslie Jasen Hodge on his appointment to the position of Director of the Department. Mr. Hodge is no stranger to the Department having held the position of Surveyor for seven (7) years and the position of Assistant Chief Surveyor for the period July 2013 to December 2013. The Department welcomes Mr. Hodge's leadership as Director, we are confident that he has the professional and personal qualities required to effectively lead and manage the Department in these critical times. Mr. Hodge succeeds Mr. Gifford Connor who, after thirty-eight (38) years, retired from the Anguilla Public Service on December 31, 2013. The Department wishes Mr. Connor well in his new endeavours.
